Conference Packages
With its natural light, clean and minimal style and excellent acoustics, the Binks Hall is a versatile space perfect for conferences and away days.
The hall seats up to 120 delegates in a cabaret layout, with room to spare for refreshments and a stage, if desired. We have put together a package tailored towards conferences, which gives you everything you need for a focused and successful event at a discounted rate.

Full Conference Package - £1000/day
Saturdays - £1200/day
(Registered Charities - £900 weekdays; £1100 Saturdays)
Our package includes the following for up to 50 delegates:

Hire of Binks Hall, 9.30am-4.30pm

Round conference tables with tablecloths

Stage, sound and projection equipment

Lectern with mics

Hall set up to your specifications before arrival

Clear-up service

Tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival and at lunchtime

Sandwich lunch

Flipcharts, whiteboards and room dividers
All prices are subject to VAT.
Optional Extras:

Additional delegates - £75 per 10 delegates

Tea/coffee top up - £80

Hot Buffet lunch - £600 for 50 delegates, then £110 per 10 additional delegates

Additional hire time - £50 per hour

Breakout rooms (up to three available, each seating 20 delegates) - £15 per room per hour or £90 per day
